It is our policy to offer you the best service possible and deliver time within your satisfaction or expectation. Sales orders are procesed within 24 hours and shipped with 1-3 business days. Shipping methods( UPS, FedEx, etc.) are available during checkout process.

No information is provide, sent or sold to any third party company or partner and it is only used for our own records and transaction history to serve our customer when needed. - Returns & Replacements
- Our products comes with 1 year manufacturer warranty. Defective products can be return via RMA for warranty repair services. Customer are entitle to cover shipping cost to our factory, while GEM offer Ground shipping cost at no cost for product repaired under warranty. If product can't be fixed we'll offer a replacement, if products are returned under acceptable conditions. Products out of warranty can be return for repair services if RMA number is provide by any of our technicians and customer are responsible for round trip shipping costs. Read more about Warranty.

- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- GEM Microwave online store accepts wire transfer or credit card payment (via Paypal), of the total amount (including shipping cost, when apply). Product prices and shipping costs are subject to change without previous notice.
- Viewing Orders
- Our online store provides orders status information. Nevertheless, high volume of transactions may delayed status information. We invite our customer to verify their status order via email or phone to confirm the order was received, accepted and processed according to the required services.
- Updating Account Information
- Customer are responsible to keep their account information update as needed. Any transaction issue due to incorrect, mistyped or expired information may result in the cancelation of the transactions.Bank or credit cards transactions feed due the this cancelation may be charge and invoices sent to the customer.
